AOP Summer Exhibition - Press Release

PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE AOP Summer Exhibition 27 July - 11 August OPEN MONDAY - FRIDAY 10AM-6PMPrivate View - Thursday 29 July, 6:30 - 8:30pm© Image by Gregory Lengyel“Everybody love the sunshine… Just bee’s and thangs and flowers…” Roy AyersThe AOP Gallery is hosting a Summer Exhibition showcasing the work of AOP Members and their take on the theme of Summer. The call for submissions asked photographers to submit images that evoked the spirit of Summer and the selected images definitely give a sense of the season. The show has quite an informal feel as the framing has been left open to the exhibitors. There is a diverse range of work on show from photographers such as Simon Norfolk who has captured grand Oak trees during sunset to Tim Motion’s image of a Jazz player performing on a summer’s eve. There will be a Summer party on Thursday 29th July to launch the exhibition, with live music and a few summer tipples and snacks, a perfect opportunity to enjoy the lighter evenings. Notes to EditorsThe AOP Gallery hosts the AOP Summer Exhibition showcasing images based on the theme of Summer. A beautiful selection of AOP Members photographs is on display at the AOP Gallery from 27 July to 11 August at the AOP Gallery. For press images, latest news and further media opportunities contact Marina Syrmakezi:E gallery@aophoto.co.uk T 0207 749 4381AOP Gallery A 81 Leonard Street, London EC2A 4QS Tube Old StreetT +44 (0)20 7739 6669 Open Monday - Friday 10am-6pmE gallery@aophoto.co.uk Admission freeW www.the-aop.org The Association of Photographers actively supports and promotes professional photographers interests globally and is recognised as the benchmark for rights, ethics and business practice.
